Can I make a tax-exempt purchase?

How can I receive a quote?
To receive a quote, please complete our bulk order request form. Our team will review your request and respond via email within 1–3 business days.
How do I place an order?
Once you receive and approve the quote, simply reply to the email to confirm. We will then send an invoice to your email address. You can complete the purchase by clicking the invoice link and submitting payment.
Do you offer discounts for schools, churches, or nonprofits?
Yes. We regularly work with schools, churches, and nonprofit organizations. Please let us know your organization type when requesting a quote.
Can I add more devices later at the same pricing?
In most cases, yes. We try to maintain consistent pricing for follow-up orders whenever possible.
How long does bulk order shipping take?
Once the order is confirmed, processing typically takes 3–5 business days, followed by 5–8 business days for delivery. Additional time may be required for orders that include customization.
Can we test the product before committing to a large order?
In some cases, we can offer demos (a refundable deposit may apply) or smaller evaluation orders. Please contact us (support@poclink.com) to discuss your needs.
Is there onboarding or setup support for teams?
Yes. Our support team can guide you through setup and best practices, especially for first-time bulk buyers.
What payment methods are available for bulk orders?
We accept major payment methods. For larger orders, purchase orders (PO) and ACH transfers may be available upon request.
Can bulk orders be shipped to multiple locations?
