We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for items purchased directly from POCLINK under the following conditions:
  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    1. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, as determined by logistics tracking information.
    2. Products must be in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
    3. Refunds are available for defective or damaged items if reported within 7 days of delivery.
    4. If an incorrect product or quantity was delivered, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
  2. Non-Refundable Items:
    1. Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
    2. Products damaged due to improper use or external factors.
    3. Lost, stolen, or untraceable items.
    4. Custom or personalized products.
    5. Free products or gifts.
    6. Items repaired by unauthorized third parties.

Return Process
To initiate a return:
  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at support@poclink.com with your order number and issue details.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Ship the Product: Return the product in its original packaging to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or an error was made by POCLINK.
  4. Inspection: Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the process to ensure you receive a replacement promptly.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
  1. Contact us immediately upon receipt of your order.
  2. Provide photos or videos of the damage or defect for verification.

Please provide the valid tracking number and shipping receipts for the returning package within 7 days from the Return&Exchange approval date. Otherwise, your return request will be voided. Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer.

Cancelling or Amending Orders
If you have ordered the wrong item, please contact us (support@poclink.com) to cancel or change your order; you can cancel or change your order for free before it is shipped.

In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once the package leaves the warehouse, it cannot be canceled or amended.
