Ship the Product: Return the product in its original packaging to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or an error was made by Poclink.

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Full Refund: Items returned complete and in their original condition (including all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation) are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund (Missing Components): If the radio is returned intact but is missing any of the original accessories or components, the value of the missing items will be deducted from your total refund.

Damaged or Used Items: Any items returned in a used, damaged, or otherwise non-resalable condition (including damaged or defaced original packaging) may be subject to an additional restocking fee or may be deemed ineligible for a refund.
