Free shipping on orders over $100 in the United States (AK, HI, PR, etc. are excluded from free shipping).

Processing Time
  • All orders will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Lost Package/Unusual Package
  1. In the unfortunate event that an item is lost in transit, POCLINK will replace it at no cost to you, please contact our support team at: support@poclink.com
  2. POCLINK will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please check your address when placing an order.
  3. If you purchase multiple items in one order, POCLINK will ship them separately based on inventory and they may not arrive at the same time.

Order Cancellation Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
