This trade in program is available for POC-1 orders that were placed between Aug. 11th, 2025 and Sept. 10th, 2025.

This program is temporarily only available for trading in POC-1.

Please do the following step by step:

Step 1: Submit Application

1. Fill out the Poclink Trade In Program Questionnaire

2. Upload following photos of all your devices in the above form

• The front of all devices, with screens on
• The back of all devices
• Take off the battery, and show the sim card and sim card slot
• All accessories (USB-C cable, charger, belt clip, lanyard, sim card)
• The original package box

Step 2: Estimate Trade In Values

Our team will email you an estimated trade-in value within 48 hours after you submit your questionnaire.

Please make sure the email address you fill in the questionnaire is correct.

Step 3: Send Devices Back

If you accept the estimated trade in value, send back device you would like trade in to us. Shipping is not included.

Before you send them back, please make sure:

• Unlink all returned devices from Poclink App
• Exit or disband all groups

* Handling fee may occur if you fail do these.

Step 4: Final Inspection

Our warehouse will check the device condition once we receive the package.

Scenario 1: If they match the conditions in the photos you submit, we will issue the credit amount as a Poclink Gift Card to your email. And you can use that gift card to purchase POC-1 Ultra or other items in our online shop.

Scenario 2: If the condition is different, we will provide an updated value. If you accept the updated value, we issue a gift card with the updated amount. If you do not accept, we will return all devices to you.
