Is there a fee to join the live voice groups during the tournament?
Not at all. Access to all public football groups is 100% free. We want to bring fans together from all over the world. Just open your channel and tune in.
Can I create my own group and have it posted on the Poclink website?
Absolutely! We love seeing fans take the lead. Whether you want to start a general chatroom or a dedicated channel for your favorite country's team, we’re here to back you up. Just contact us at support@poclink.com with your group details, and we’ll feature your channel right here on our official directory for global fans to join!
How do I enter the match-day giveaway campaign?
We have two exciting prize pools you can enter this summer! The more you engage, the higher your chances of winning:
- 1. The Voucher Pool: Simply subscribe to our email newsletter, follow us, and engage (like or comment) with our campaign posts across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The more platforms you follow and interact with, the more entries you get!
- 2. The Creator Pool: Post photos or videos of you using your Poclink device with family and friends—whether you’re roaring at home or live in a stadium. Get creative! The better your video performs, or the more clips and posts you share, the higher your chances of taking home the grand prize. Make sure you tag @poclink and harshtag #poclink #watchwithpoclink
How are the prize pools calculated across the 4 drawing dates?
The earlier you join, the more chances you have to win! Your entry accumulates automatically throughout the entire tournament. We have 4 key drawing dates: June 27, July 8, July 18, and July 20.
Once you enter either the Voucher or Creator pool, your entry stays active for all future drawings. If you win a prize in an earlier round, you will be excluded from the subsequent drawings to keep it fair for everyone. If you don't win, your entry automatically rolls over to the next round. This means you can join at any time during the campaign, but entering early gives you up to 4 separate chances to take home a prize!
How will I know if I won, and how do I claim my prize?
Winners will be announced via emails and on our social media and we will contact you directly on the platform as well. So make sure when you sign up for emails, please enter a valid email.
