To request account and data deletion for the Poclink app, please contact us at support@poclink.com using your registered email address. We will process your request within 5 business days.

What happens when your account is deleted:
- Your account credentials will be permanently removed from our system.
- All associated app data, including saved groups, settings, and location history, will be erased from our servers.
- This action is irreversible and cannot be undone once completed.

What data is kept (if any):
- We may retain anonymized or aggregated usage data for analytics purposes, which cannot be linked back to individual users.
