Public Group Rules

Scope and User Agreement

  • These rules apply to all users who join or use POCLINK walkie-talkie public voice groups (hereinafter referred to as “users”).
  • By joining or using the group, users indicate that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these rules.
  • If users do not agree with any provision of these rules, they should not join or use the group.
  • Users commit to complying with all applicable laws and regulations while using the group.

Fixed Group Code Rule

  • Groups with 30 or more members can apply for a fixed group code and publish it.
  • Groups with fewer than 30 members are encouraged to keep growing, and can apply once they reach the threshold.

Encouraged Behavior

  • Join voice groups related to your interests and communicate politely with other members.
  • Respect others’ opinions and communicate civilly.
  • Share usage experiences, operational tips, and radio activity information.
  • Work together to maintain a friendly, positive, and orderly group environment.
  • Keep discussions relevant to radio, meaningful, and interesting.

Prohibited Behavior

Users must not engage in the following activities in the group (including but not limited to):
  • Using insulting, attacking, harassing, threatening, or vulgar language.
  • Inciting violence or illegal activities.
  • Posting spam or advertisements (including any promotion via voice).
  • Disclosing others’ private information or infringing intellectual property rights.
  • Any other behavior that violates laws, regulations, or group rules.

Violation Handling

  • Users who violate the rules will receive a serious warning.
  • For repeated or severe violations, POCLINK may restrict the user’s access to the group or suspend their functions.
  • For issues or appeals, please contact Support@poclink.com.
  • As the group uses real-time voice communication, POCLINK does not track chat records; therefore, management relies primarily on the judgment of administrators.

Usage and Safety Tips

  • Content posted by group members represents only the individual’s opinions and not the official stance of POCLINK.
  • User communication in the group is real-time voice; content is transmitted instantly and is not permanently recorded in text form. Users should judge the reliability of information themselves.
  • Do not disclose personal sensitive information or real-time location in the group to ensure safety.
  • POCLINK is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences arising from communication among members.

Disclaimer

  • The group and its content are provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties.
  • POCLINK does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of users’ statements in the group.
  • Users are responsible for the risks and consequences of their statements and interactions in the group, including any direct or indirect losses.

Rule Modifications

  • POCLINK reserves the right to modify or update these rules at any time.
  • Updated rules take effect from the date of publication.
  • Continued use of the group indicates acceptance of the updated rules.
  • If users do not agree with the updated terms, they should immediately stop using the group.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These rules are governed by the laws and relevant regulations of POCLINK’s place of registration.
  • Disputes arising from these rules or the use of the group should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring the case to a court with proper jurisdiction.
  • If any provision of these rules conflicts with mandatory local laws, the local law shall prevail, and the remaining provisions shall continue to be effective.
